Aimed at always giving customers quality service and support whenever necessary FLUXA has set up four specialist groups to handle the following:

• 1. Pre and after-sales service

  Not only at the planning stage but also a maintenance service covering both scheduled and emergency visits for all your filtration equipment. In our warehouse you can always find spare parts that guarantee quick service in case of break-down. We can also run performance and integrity tests on filter elements.

• 2. Laboratory

  In our internal Laboratory we can carry out scale-up to optimise the process systems, internal lab trials for the best choice of filter membrane. We also have pilot rigs for testing on the production line.

• 3. Designing

  Our Engineering group carry out resistance calculations and design automated systems in accordance with the standard in force such as the Machine Directive, PED and ATEX.

• 4. PILOT RIGS

  Critical filtration often needs a customised solution. In this case our specialised technicians will bring the pilot rig to the customer to run filtration optimization tests in situ.
